Heritage Manor – 5023 – 2A Street East

• Heritage Manor was built in 1989 and is a single-story apartment building with 8 Senior Self-Contained one bedroom renovated apartments with a walk-in shower, in-suite storage.

• Heritage is a 65+ independent living Manor for single seniors. There is no meal service on site.

• The building is located across from the Claresholm Social Centre and very close to downtown, post office and grocery store.  

• The apartments are approximately 528 sq feet. It is a pet free and smoke free environment.

• Residents are welcome to attend the weekly activities at Parkside Manor such as bingo, scrabble, yoga, tai chi, crib, bridge, coffee and a monthly luncheon plus many extras.

• Rent is 30% of gross income plus $85/month for utilities (subject to change).

• The on-site laundry room is included with utilities.

• Utilities do not include internet, cable or phone.

• Off-street plug-in parking is extra.

• All residents are required to provide a current Government of Canada Notice of Assessment annually.

• The total annual income must be below the Core Needs Income Threshold of $38,000 (subject to change).

• Assets need to be below $25,000.

• Each resident will sign and follow a Fixed term lease.
